FoodNashi Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 Nashi, cut into thin wedges
  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup toasted walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup 1% buttermilk

Method

Gently mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill before serving. Makes 16 servings.
