Nashi and Mixed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Nashi, cubed
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • ½ cup banana, sliced
  • ½ cup apple, cubed
  • 2/3 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with lettuce  if desired. Makes 8 servings.
