Nashi Parfait


  • 6 Nashi
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 1 (8 oz) container fruit flavour yoghurt
  • Dash of cinnamon


Peel and cube Nashi. Spoon granola into the bottom of glasses or bowls. Spoon in half of Nashi over granola. Mix together yogurt and cinnamon. Sprinkle remaining granola over yogurt, top with rest of yogurt and Nashi. Makes 2 servings.
