Nashi Chicken/Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Nashi, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ½ cups chicken or turkey breast, cubed or deli sliced
  • 16 oz cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup grapes, halved and seeded
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • ½ cup Ranch or Thousand Island dressing

Method

Gently mix together chicken, celery, almonds, mandarin oranges, Nashi, pineapple, grapes, raisins and salad dressing in a large bowl.  Place lettuce on plate and add salad to serve. Makes 4 servings.
