Ingredients
- 3 Nashi, cut into thin wedges
- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- ¾ cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup toasted walnuts or pecans, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup 1% buttermilk
Method
Gently mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill before serving. Makes 16 servings.
