Nashi Fruit Blocks

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups water, divided
  • ¾ cup juice concentrate undiluted
  • 2 envelopes unflavoured gelatine
  • 1 Nashi cubed

(Suitable for 6 months and older)

Method

Combine ¼ cup water and orange juice concentrate. Sprinkle gelatin over surface and allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes to soften. Pour juice mixture into blender, add Nashi and blend until smooth. Heat 1 cup of water to boiling. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan. Chill until set. Cut into 1-inch blocks. Always check with your baby’s pediatrician before introducing new foods.
