Ingredients
- 6 Nashi, peeled and cubed
- 1 ½ cups chicken or turkey breast, cubed or deli sliced
- 16 oz cups mixed salad greens
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 1 cup grapes, halved and seeded
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup toasted almonds
- ½ cup Ranch or Thousand Island dressing
Method
Gently mix together chicken, celery, almonds, mandarin oranges, Nashi, pineapple, grapes, raisins and salad dressing in a large bowl. Place lettuce on plate and add salad to serve. Makes 4 servings.
